NLoc Assembly Video

One of NLoc’s revolutionary innovations is our superior panel assembly technique. Our panels are precisely formed to interlock to achieve their structural integrity and dust seal, without using nuts, bolts, or gaskets.

The existing art of paint spray booth manufacturing and assembly has consisted of fabricating formed and punched panels, which are then packaged together with assembly hardware to be field erected at the customer’s site. A typical 10 foot-wide x 7 foot-high x 8 foot-deep spray paint booth with filter wall and exhaust plenum would require a total of 1,568 nuts and bolts. NLoc’s panels are assembled without nuts or bolts.

As you will see in the video, two people, with only a rubber hammer, can erect a 7-foot high, 10-foot wide, by 8-foot deep industrial spray booth with filter racks, in less than 6 minutes. The entire erection process, (not including unpacking, fan installation, caulking, fastening to floor, venting through the roof and wiring), totals less than 1/2 a man hour. We estimate a total of at least 6 man hours to erect a traditional bolt-together booth, with lights and filter rack. This example illustrates more than a 90% time savings!
